Clutch
Aims at a reachable support and places a block during a fall.
Overview
Clutch places blocks underneath you when you are about to fall. It searches for a reachable support, rotates to a valid face, selects blocks according to Select blocks, and clicks at the configured speed.
After the placement sequence ends, Snap-back controls when and how quickly the view returns to its original direction.
Placement
Range
Sets how far Clutch scans for a block it can build from.
FOV
Limits how far the module may turn from the current view to reach a support.
Minimum height
Requires this many air blocks below you before Clutch can activate.
Click speed
Sets how frequently placement attempts are made once the support is lined up.
Randomization
Varies the chosen aim point and the rotation step. It does not change Click speed.
Select blocks
No keeps the current slot, On depletion switches when the held stack ends, and Always selects a usable block whenever needed.
Only place sideways
Rejects top-face placements and uses side faces only.
Aim
Base speed
Sets the initial rotation speed toward the support.
Acceleration
Controls how quickly the aim speed builds during the turn.
Acceleration strength
Limits how much of the turn is affected by that acceleration.
Multipoint
Aims at the nearest usable point on the support face instead of its fixed center point.
Snap-back
Delay
Waits after Clutch stops placing before the view starts returning.
Duration
Sets the maximum rotation step used while returning to the original view. Higher values return faster.
Keep jump direction
Starts the snap-back immediately while the jump key is held, without waiting for Delay.
Disable afterwards
Turns Clutch off after the view has returned to its original direction.
Conditions
Mid-air
Requires the player to be airborne.
Recent damage
Requires a recent hit before the clutch can start.
Moving backward
Requires backward movement during the fall.
